1. Schedule a repair
Start by logging into your Assure Scratch & Dent account & take a few photos of the damage. You’ll upload these when you submit your repair request form.
2. We fix your car
A member of our team will review your request. If the damage to your vehicle is eligible for repair they will schedule a repair with you over the phone.
3. You keep moving
Repairing scratches and small dents can sometimes take no time at all. Before you know it you’re back on the road.

Each membership has a 0 day request period!
Repairs can be done at many convenient locations including your home, place of work or a partner organisation including the concierge car wash network.
A suitable place will include;
- Access to power within 20 meters
- Garage and private car ports
- 2.5m around the vehicle to ensure doors can all open
